My Biggest CRM Yet

The Boise Gems Drum & Bugle Corps is an organization I have worked with closely since its founding. Back in 2022, I was asked to write and arrange their inagural show. As of 2025, I've been their website's developer, making a system for admins, staff, parents and members to easily communicate with one another, making it much easier to manage documents, payments, and member issues.

Loaded With Backend Features

There are a laundry list of features behind this website, including tracking payments, file systems, events, and more. The site is essentially a hub for everyone involved with the organization.

The website itself is more than just a landing page for members; it's a portal for staff, directors, volunteers, parents, and alumni, allowing everyone involved to have an easy space to get as much info as possible.

Easy Payment System

With running a giant music organization comes giant bills, which are paid by volunteers and members via tuition. Tuition payments in corps have always been notorious for how difficult it is to get everyone to properly pay. The website has automatic email reminders for payments and has mailing systems allowing admins to easily send out payment reminders to individuals or a spread of members/parents.

Mailing To All

As mentioned previously, the website features a mailing system that lets admins and staff send out bulk emails. The system is ran through the proper threads of security, keeping the messages from being marked as spam. The website is able to pump out over 10,000 emails a month, making communication very easy.
